Test mode is the window when mistakes cost nothing. Those who start a pilot now will reach 1 July 2027 with a line that already runs smoothly.

The problem
Stamp marking today is a risk, not a formality
Every stamp must be on its own bottle, in its own case, on its own pallet — and the state must know it. When that relies on spreadsheets and people, a mistake is only a matter of time.

How it works
ExciseTrace tracks every stamp from start to finish
One system instead of five spreadsheets, phone calls and trust in people. Stamp printing and bottle inspection are optional modules.

Features
01Stamp orders
Stamps are ordered in a few clicks
01A stamp request is created in the system.
02It is signed with an e-signature and submitted.
03Received stamps are assigned to the line right away.
Optional: the print module prints ordered stamps and checks that each one printed correctly. Large batches print in a separate queue and never delay labels on the line.
02Bottle inspectionoptional module
The camera sees every bottle
01The labeller applies the stamp to the bottle.
02A camera immediately checks the stamp on every bottle.
03Bad stamp — the bottle is automatically rejected to a table next to the conveyor.
+17.5%more codes read per pass than the standard algorithm. Measured on real frames from the line.
03Case · UGI1
The case builds itself
01Robots or people pack bottles into the case.
02A camera captures every bottle in the case in one frame.
03The system generates the case code and prints the label for the case.
Shrink-wrap lines are supported: the case is scanned and gets its own label. The shift supervisor sets product and packing format from the touch panel.
04Pallet · UGI2
Pallets are built in the warehouse — even offline
01Cases travel by conveyor to the UGI2 station — a camera or 2D scanner with a touch panel.
02The station reads every case, and the panel shows the pallet filling up.
03Once the count is reached, the system generates the pallet code (UGI2).
No internet — scans are stored and sent automatically once the connection is back.
05AED documents
Documents for the state — built from what is already scanned
01The document is built from scanned pallets, with no retyping of codes.
02It is signed with a qualified e-signature.
03It goes to the state exactly once — even if two people press “Sign” at the same time.
Documents are stored indefinitely.

Floor issues are solved from the handheld
01Android app on the Zebra MC3400.
02Repack a case, rebuild a pallet or issue a document — right on the spot, no PC needed.
03Offline scans are stored and sent automatically.

For managers
Managers see everything on one screen
Line speed and pause reasons
Every line shows actual speed against plan in real time.
Incidents
Camera, printer or state-system problems become incidents automatically — before anyone calls.
Find any bottle
Enter any code and see the bottle, its case, pallet and shipping document.
Reliability
Protection from mistakes that cost money
Nothing goes to the state twice.
If the state system does not respond, ExciseTrace never resends blindly. It first checks what the state has already received.
Every action is logged: who, what, when.
All actions go into an audit log kept for one year.
Everyone sees only their own.
Operators, supervisors and administrators have different rights, down to a single line.
Rollout
How we roll out
We start with one line so you see results before rolling out everywhere. A pilot before runs with no penalties.

04Support
The system already includes a setup wizard for cameras, printers and panels.
The interface is in Ukrainian and English, so training is short.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
When do electronic stamps become mandatory?+
From 1 July 2027. Paper stamps are valid until inclusive. Goods with paper stamps produced or imported before may be sold until inclusive.
Where can the stamp be placed?+
On the label, back label, cap, bottle or other packaging — the producer chooses.
Can we test it now?+
Yes, in test mode: until with no penalties, testing allowed until . We start with a pilot on one line.
What if the internet goes down?+
The line keeps running and printing labels. Warehouse scans are stored. The state receives the data once the connection is back.
What if the state system does not respond?+
Nothing is sent twice. The system first checks the status with the state. Anything unresolved goes to an administrator with a flag, and three failures in a row become an urgent incident.
Who supplies the equipment?+
We do. Equipment is selected individually for each plant.
Who sees our data?+
Only your employees, each within their role and their lines. Every action is logged.
How long is data kept?+
The audit log is kept for one year, AED documents — indefinitely.
Does it work for tobacco?+
Today the system is built for alcohol. Tobacco is discussed separately.
How fast is the line?+
The system shows actual speed against plan, and we measure it on your line during the pilot.
What about distributor warehouses?+
There is a separate product for that — ExciseTrace WMS.
We'll show it on your line.
We offer an on-site visit and a demo on a real line. Tell us which of your lines is the hardest to mark.
